NEET UG 2021 Counselling: Urgent Attention for Candidate

The MCC has announced “Hybrid Mode of Reporting” for NEET UG Exam 2021 counselling candidates. Due to pandemic situations the candidates who have successfully completed their Round 1 counselling of NEET UG Exam 2021, are now allowed to participate in “Hybrid Mode of Reporting”. The eligible candidates who have been allotted seats in the medical colleges according to their rankings are required to send the Confirmatory Emails for the same to the college authorities. 

The candidates participating in the “Hybrid Counselling” or “E-Joining” have to generate their “Admission Letters” by logging into their portal on MCC website. All the candidates without the “Admission Letters” will be considered as “Ineligible” and their admission will be considered as “Null & Void”.

The successful candidates are required to send a “Confirmatory Email” regarding the acceptance of the seat by attaching the relevant documents to the official Email Ids of the Principals and Nodal Officers of their allotted medical colleges. The verification of the scanned documents will be done by the college authorities for the confirmation of the admissions.

Please Note:

1. The candidates who want to upgrade for the Round 2 counselling by retaining the Round 1 seat will have to “Report Physically” to the allotted institute to confirm their admission.
2. The candidates who wish to participate in Round 2 counselling after resigning from Round 1 seat can apply till 16-02-2022 up to 04.00 PM. The candidates have to generate a “Withdrawal Resignation Letter” online from the MCC portal.
3. The candidates who want to avail “Free Exit Option” are not required to report at the allotted colleges.

Note: All the admissions made online will be deemed “Provisional” until the completion of document verification. The “Final List” will be declared only after the completion of document verification is completed by the college authorities.
