In a celebration of academic prowess and determination, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has unveiled the results of the All India Ayush Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET) - 2023. This significant milestone was reached through the collaboration between the NTA and The National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) along with The National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH), two prominent entities in the domain of traditional medicine.
Diverse Languages, Unifying Purpose
The AIAPGET 2023 examination, conducted on July 31st, 2023, was a pivotal event for thousands of candidates seeking to delve into the realms of Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Siddha, and Unani. The Computer Based Test (CBT) mode, widely known for its efficiency and accuracy, facilitated the assessment of these aspiring scholars' knowledge and skills.
Linguistic Diversity Fosters Inclusivity
Embracing linguistic diversity, the examination catered to candidates in various languages:
- English and Hindi for Ayurveda,
- English for Homeopathy,
- English and Tamil for Siddha,
- English and Urdu for Unani.
Nationwide Precision in Examination Management
The meticulous planning and execution of the AIAPGET - 2023 examination extended across 170 centers located in 95 cities. In a testament to transparency, NTA not only provided answer keys and recorded responses but also welcomed challenges from candidates, fostering a sense of engagement and integrity.

A Central Control Room operated at the heart of this endeavour, with numerous coordinators and observers deployed to manage different facets of the test. The implementation of cutting-edge technology such as AI-based Video Analytics and Virtual Observers fortified the examination's integrity, while the installation of jammers curbed any potential misuse of mobile networks.
NTA's Integral Role and Beyond
Dr. Sadhana Parashar, Senior Director of NTA, emphasized the organization's pivotal role in registration, test conduct, answer key management, and result declaration. She clarified that NTA's responsibility extends up to this point, with the subsequent phase of counselling being managed by Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) for All India quota seats, and State/UT Counselling Authorities for their respective quotas.
