Admission Process
Admission criteria:
For the students seeking admission for MBBS Programme in Srinivas Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Center, the criteria are –
Passed in 12th examination (or equivalent) with 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English subjects from a recognized University.
Age of the candidate should be 17 years as on 31st December of the admission year.

For the students seeking admission for MD/MS Programme in Srinivas Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Center, the criteria are –
Completed MBBS with 50% aggregate from a University recognized by the MCI.
One-year compulsory internship from any medical college or hospital recognized by the MCI.
It is mandatory for a student to qualify NEET PG exam.
As the college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science (RGUHS), the admission process is conducted through Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) Counselling:
The students who intend to join for the Merit seats under Government (Karnataka domicile holder), Private, NRI, or Other Quota Seats can apply through KEA Counselling by Karnataka Examinations Authority. Students have to complete the counselling procedures to join the MBBS, MD/MS programmes of their desired colleges.
Students looking for 15% All India Quota seats can apply for MCC Counselling by the Medical Counselling Committee. Students have to undergo MCC procedures to join the MBBS, MD/MS programmes of their desired colleges.

Certificate from the head of institute certifying that the Medical/Dental College from which the candidate has passed MBBS/BDS examination is recognized by MCI/DCI.
State/Central Medical/Dental Council Registration Certificate. [Provisional registration certificate will be accepted only for the candidates who have passed MBBS/BDS during 2019.
