Admissions
- Eligibility for admission to the Yenepoya Medical College requires the following criteria
- The candidate should have passed the two-year Pre-University Examination in Karnataka or its equivalent examination.
- He / She should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the academic year of admission.
- Studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology in the qualifying examination conducted by any recognized Indian Higher Secondary Board or equivalent qualification
- Candidate who have cleared the B.Sc. exams from a recognized Board/University are also eligible
- Minimum 50% in Science subjects and English
- It is mandatory for the candidate to Qualify NEET UG.
- Candidates seeking admission to MDS
- Cleared the BDS course from a recognized institute.
- It is mandatory for the candidate to Qualify NEET MDS.
As the college is a deemed University, The admission process are conducted through Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) Counselling.
The students who intend to join for the merit seats under All India 15 % Quota, Management, NRI Quota Seats are alloted completely through MCC counselling. Students have to complete the counselling procedures to join the MBBS, MD/MS programmes to their desired colleges.
BDS:-
It is mandatory for a student to qualify NEET UG exam and have to enroll themself to MCC once the applications are open.
It is also mandatory for a students to undergo all the procedure in MCC counselling till the end to avail their seats according to the the ranking of the student in NEET UG in the preferred quota if eligible.

MDS:-
It is mandatory for a student to qualify NEET MDS exam and have to enroll themself to MCC once the applications are open.
