What is MBBS?
Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery – MBBS is a 5.5-years undergraduate course where the students are trained on medical and surgical treatments. The candidates have to pass the NEET exam to get admission to the MBBS course.
What is Physiotherapy?
The Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) course is an undergraduate professional course which is offered under the category of Allied Health Science. The course that deals with the science of physical movement and channelising it to prevent disability and diseases of movement people. The candidates are provided theoretical and practical exposure to various methods and techniques like exercise and massage to improve, strengthen and enhance flexibility
Eligibility
The eligibility is common for both MBBS and physiotherapy courses, except for some differences. The students who have completed their PUC or 12th in science stream with 50% aggregate from recognised boards are eligible for both the courses.
For MBBS: The students have to qualify the NEET exam to get admission to MBBS course
For BPT: There is no entrance exam required to join BPT course.
