What is an Equivalence Certificate?

An Equivalence Certificate (EC) is mandatory for students who have studied abroad or have foreign qualifications to enable and facilitate their admission in Indian Universities. The students who have previously studied in a foreign accredited, approved, or recognized college or university need to obtain an Equivalence Certificate (EC) issued by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi. The Evaluation Division in New Delhi issues the Equivalence Certificate (EC) so that students can get admission in Indian Universities.

I have completed my graduation from a Foreign University(Malaysia), and I want to apply for AIU equivalence. can anyone please tell me what option to choose after filling the class 10th and 12th details. When I am proceeding to fill in my graduation details, these options are showing. 1. Pathway, 2. Diploma, 3. Under Graduate. But no options are showing for graduation, so I have to proceed with the pathway option and have to fill in all the details or choose some other options, as the other options do not match my required criteria. So, can anyone kindly help me?
