The Ministry of Education encourages Indian nationals to apply for the 2022 Global Korea Scholarship, which is given by the Republic of Korea's National Institute for International Education (NIIED).
Eligibility

Priority for nomination would be given to candidates :
- Pursuing subjects related to priority areas like health systems, etc.
- who are pursuing/have completed their most recent qualifying test from an Institute of National Importance (INI), a central university (CU), a federal institute (CFTI), or a National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) recognised institution.

In making nominations, the NIRF ranking/graduation marks will be utilized as a tie-breaker.
Benefits & Dates
- The portal will be active from 21 February 2022 to 09 March 2022
- Number of scholarships: 22 under the 'Embassy Track' quota for General Applicants.
- Number of nominations: 44 (the NIIED will make the final decision).
- Level of Course: (i) Master's, (ii) Doctoraland (iii) Research Programmes
Document Required:
At the time of online application, a scanned copy of the following documents must be uploaded to hfip:/ / proposal.sakshat.ac.in/scholarship.
- Marks sheet of Secondary Examination (Class X).
- Marks sheet of Higher Secondary Examination (Class XII).
- If you're an appearing candidate, you can use your last grade card, or if you've previously passed, you can use your degree certificate.
- Self attested Proof of citizenship for self and parents (Voter ID card (apostille) / passport).
NOTE: Candidates who are employed must get a "No Objection Certificate" from their employer. Cadre clearance is required for government employees
