The National Testing Agency (NTA) declared the result of NEET (UG) 2023 on 13th June 2023 on their official website www.nta.ac.in.
In the NEET (UG) 2023, a total of 2,087,462 candidates appeared, out of which 1,145,976 candidates qualified. The NTA set the cut-off marks at 137 for General Category candidates and 107 for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates, out of a total of 720 marks. The NTA has provided All India Rank to the candidates and the admitting Authorities will draw a merit list based on All India Rank for the seats of MBBS/BDS falling under their jurisdiction.

The NEET (UG) - 2023 results are of utmost importance and can be utilised by various entities of central and state governments, according to their respective eligibility criteria, norms, regulations, guidelines, and rules. Moreover, the result data will be instrumental for B.Sc. (H) Nursing courses in accordance with their respective eligibility criteria /guidelines/ rules. The NEET (UG) – 2023 data will also be used for admissions to BVSc & AH courses under the 15% quota of VCI in recognized Veterinary Colleges. AACCC (All-India Ayush Central Counselling Committee) shall be the counselling authority for AIQ with respect to BAMS, BUMS, and BSMS courses under NCISM. AACCC shall also be the Counselling Authority for AIQ with respect to BHMS under NCH.
