As per the orders of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, all the candidates should send their relevant documents as mentioned below, in support of their claim to change nationality from Indian to NRI through email ug.nri.mcc@gmail.com from 05:00 PM of 3rd November, 2022, (Thursday) till 10:00 A.M of 5th November, 2022 (Saturday).
The Candidates applying for conversion are required to furnish the below documents in the format provided at Annexure I.
- I, , S/D of _, Roll No: _ _, Application No: _ am applying for conversion of Category from Indian to NRI for the NEET-UG Counselling, 2022.
- I have cleared NEET-UG Examination, 2022 and I am eligible for the Counselling.
- I am well aware of the fact that once my category is converted from Indian to NRI in any of the Rounds of Counselling for NEET-UG, 2022, I will be treated as NRI for the remaining rounds as well.
- Also, I know that if my category is converted from Indian to NRI, I will not be able to avail the benefit under Muslim Minority quota/Jain Minority Quota or any other Quota.
- I am enclosing herewith the list of documents through e-mail:-
- Documents claiming that the sponsorer is an NRI (Passport, Visa of the sponsorer).
- Relationship of NRI with the candidate as per the court orders of The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in case W.P.(c) No. 689/2017- Consortium of Deemed Universities in Karnataka (CODEUNIK) & Ans. Vs Union of India & Ors. dated 22-08- 2017.
- Affidavit from the sponsorer that he/ she will sponsor the entire course fee of the candidate duly notarized.
- Embassy Certificate of the Sponsorer (Certificate from the Consulate).
- NEET Score Card of the candidate.
- Family Tree notarized by Tehsildar I solemnly state that the information furnished herein above is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. If, any of the information furnished by me is found to be untrue/false/wrong, my candidature will be cancelled by the Competent Authority at any of the stages before/after/during of the NEET-UG Counselling, 2022 and I will not claim any right over the canceled seat.

- It is mandatory for all the candidates to follow the above order of the documents while emailing to MCC.
- Mails received before/ after the stipulated time will not be considered.
