KEA announces last date for NEET UG 2021 Seat Cancellation

This is to inform that all the candidates who were allotted MBBS/BDS seats in the NEET UG 2021 Second Round Counselling can cancel their seats if required till 19-03-2022 upto 12.00 Noon.

All the candidates looking for cancellation of seats allotted are required to visit the KEA office Malleswaram Bangalore in person with all the relevant documents for processing the cancellation procedure.

• Aadhar Card/Voter Card/Driving Licence/ Ration Card etc for ID proof
• Residential Address Proof
• NEET PG Admission Ticket
• NEET PG Ranking Certificate
• Filled KEA Application 
• KEA Online Registration Application
• Seat Allotment Certificate from KEA
• Admission Fee pay receipt
• 10th/SSLC Marks Card – Original + 2 sets of photocopies
• 11th / I PUC Marks Card – Original + 2 sets of photocopies
• 12th/ II PUC Marks Card – Original + 2 sets of photocopies
• MBBS Degree Marks Card & MBBS Completed Certificate- Original +2 Sets of Photocopies
• Transfer Certificate with caste/category mentioned – Original + 2 sets of photocopies
• Conduct Certificate- Original + 2 sets of Photocopy
• Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC Candidates (For Karnataka students only)
• Photographs – 6 passport +4 stamp size
• Migration Certificate – Original + 2 sets of Photocopy
