Online registration, document verification and seat allotment - due to lowering of qualifying percentile in UG NEET - 2021 for UG AYUSH seats Commissioner, AYUSH department in their letter 30-03-2022 has informed that the Ministry of AYUSH, New Delhi through a notice dated 30-03-2022 has lowered the qualifying Percentile / minimum qualifying criteria of NEET-UG-2021 for admission to UG AYUSH courses for the year 2021. 

As a result, new registration for the lowered eligible applicants will be permitted. Candidates who are interested and eligible due to a lower qualifying percentile may register online on 16-04-2022 from 2.00 pm to 18-04-2022 up to 2.00 pm and pay the requisite fees before 18-04-2022 to be eligible to participate in the mop-up round for the available UG AYUSH seats alongside other eligible candidates.

Candidates must attend document verification with all relevant original documents on 19-04-2021 from 10.30 am to 1.00 pm at KEA, Bangalore.

The KEA website hosts a notice dated 30-03-2022 about a percentile drop in NEET-UG 2021 for UG-AYUSH courses.  

A mop-up round will be held for all categories of open seats for admission to UG AYUSH programmes that remained unfilled or were canceled following the second round seat allotment. Candidates who were not assigned a UG-AYUSH seat in the first or second round are only eligible to compete in the mop-up round. Furthermore, applicants with a lower percentile who become eligible after verification might participate in the mop-up round seat allotment. Seats for the Mop-up round will be made available on the KEA website shortly.

  2. Verification Slip obtained from KEA

Only the candidate is required to engage in the mop-up round of counselling; no one else is permitted to resent the candidate. 

Candidates must pay the specified fees in the form of a demand draft made payable to "The Executive Director, KEA" and payable in Bangalore. Candidates may present numerous demand drafts for various denominations based on their readiness to pick an open seat. 

If a candidate cancels after being allotted in the Mop-up round, the full amount paid will be lost and the candidate will be required to pay the specified penalty. In the future, the candidate will be not eligible for any allocation through centralised counselling in Karnataka. 

Only the candidate is required to engage in the mop-up round of counselling; no one else is permitted to represent the candidate.
