To facilitate the admissions for CBSE students, the UGC has asked all the universities to fix the admission schedule after the announcement of CBSE 10th and 12th board results. The Central Board of Secondary Education is expected to announce the Class 12th result in the last week of July. The decision came when the students and their parents have shown their concern for not being able to get the admission because of the delay by Central Board of Secondary Education to announce the result before the closing date of admissions.
The University Grants Commission has issued a statement requesting all the higher education institutions and universities to set the admission dates according to the CBSE 12th results declaration, so that all the students from CBSE board can take admissions to any course in any university according to their choices.
