In view of the Covid-19 pandemic, the students attending the colleges on regular basis is becoming uncertain hence Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) has instructed all the affiliated Colleges to adhere to the below recommendations:
- As far as possible it is suggested to switch over to Online Classes/ Practicals/ Clinicals & internal assessment as below:
  - 1st Year, 2nd Year & 3rd Year MBBS, AYUSH, DENTAL & BPharm.
  - 1st Year to 4th Year Pharm D.
  - 1st Year & 2nd Year Allied Health Sciences, Physiotherapy & BSc Nur
- Offline/Physical Classes may be conducted for 4th Year/Final Year of the respective disciplines only when essential and for those who are to appear the University Examination.
- Offline/Physical presence shall be made mandatory for all the internship students and post graduates.
- Physical presence of all faculty shall be made mandatory due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Close surveillance of students for COVID-19 shall be done with COVID appropriate behavior to be followed at all times.
- In regards to attendance, students particulars shall be sent to the respective email id in a prescribed format weekly and consolidated monthly statement as per the reference-2.
- All RGUHS affiliated College Principals/Deans are informed to give a wide publicity on the current situation and this circular.
