The All-India Medical Students Association (AIMSA) has filed a plea in the Hon'ble Supreme Court seeking postponement of the National Eligibility Entrance Test for postgraduate (NEET) PG 2022 scheduled on May 21 2022.

Many aspirants raised grievances due to mismatch and clashing of dates in ongoing counselling for NEET PG 2021, so we have filed a plea in the Hon'ble Supreme Court to postpone the NEET PG 2022 Exam the official source of AIMSA stated.

The official sources of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) announced that the NEET PG 2022 will not be postponed and will be held on May 21 2022 as per the schedule.

The decision was taken to file the plea as many aspirants have been demanding the postponement of NEET PG 2022 exam date due to the delay in NEET PG 2021 counselling and less gap between entrance exam and counselling.

According to AIMSA, the NEET PG 2021 counselling is still underway and scheduled to be over by May 3, 2022 and the uncertainty regarding the counselling process has left students in a dilemma about its proper conduct and concluding date.
