The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) conducts Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) for Engineering and various other courses like Architecture, Yoga & Naturopathy, Veterinary, Farm Science, B.Pharma etc, for getting admissions in the colleges of Karnataka which will be conducted on August 28th and August 29th as per the schedule.
The Mathematics and Biology exams will be held on August 28th 2021, while Physics and Chemistry exams will be held on August 29th 2021. The Higher Education Ministry of State has also added that the PUC or 12th marks will not be considered for the students due to the disruptions caused because of the Covid 19 pandemic situations.
Applicants can get their hall tickets through the Exam authority's website. The official Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) website provides the hall ticket and instructions for the candidates who have applied.
The exam is to be conducted in 500 examination halls across the state according to the strict Covid 19 Norms and Guidelines. The students in the exam halls will be provided with immediate health assistance in case of emergency and all the Covid 19 measures will be strictly imposed in all the exam centres.
It is mandatory for all the students to strictly abide by Covid 19 guidelines, failing the same the students will not be allowed to take up the KCET exams.
