The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) will close the application window for Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2022 Today i.e., May 9, 2022. Earlier, the registration process was to close on March 31, 2022. The application deadline was extended till May 9, 2022. All the interested candidates can apply for CLAT Exam 2022 till May 9,2022.
The CLAT Exam 2022 will now be conducted on June 19, 2022. All the candidates who have passed Class 12 or PUC and will be appearing in the board examination are eligible to apply for UG-CLAT 2022.
Candidates who have completed LLB or are in the final year of the LLB programme can apply for CLAT LLM.
How to apply?
- Candidates are required to visit the official website
- Candidates have to click on the homepage, click on the “CLAT Exam 2022” link.
- Candidates have to click on ‘Register’ button at the bottom of log-in window
- Candidates have to register using their details and verify the same
- Candidates have to fill the “Online Application Form” and upload images and submit the form.
- Candidates have to take the printout of all the documents for future reference
The CLAT application fee is Rs 4,000 for general candidates and Rs 3,500 for SC, ST and BPL candidates. The consortium has scheduled two tests in 2022 and also has reduced the counselling fee for unreserved candidates from Rs 50,000 to Rs 30,000. The fee for reserved category students will be Rs 20,000.
