Robotics Engineering is a field of engineering which deals with the construction, design, application and operation of robots. Robotics Engineering is an interdisciplinary branch of electrical engineering & mechanical engineering. The course trains the students on automation, robotics engineering and contexts and environments of robotics creation on an advanced level. The course essentially focuses on mathematical foundations, engineering theories, practical implementation, testing and control of robotic devices. The course covers important aspects of modern robotics such as autonomous systems, field robotics, artificial intelligence, embedded systems, modelling and control systems. The M.Tech Robotics Engineering is a 2 year postgraduate course that is divided into 4 semesters.
