a. Part-I course : P.U.C / 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Mathematics or Biology. b. D. Pharm course from institutions approved by Pharmacy Council of India U/S 12 of Pharmacy Act, 1948, are only eligible to be admitted to first year Pharm. D course. c. Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations. Provided that a student should complete the age of 17 years on or before 31stDecember of the year of admission to the course. d.
