The K.L.E. Society’s Law College at Bangalore has been conceived as a nursery and training ground for those seeking to enter the legal profession. The KLE Law college in Bangalore was established in 1975 to cater to the needs of young students desirous of pursuing legal education in Bangalore. The KLE Law college introduced 2 five year Integrated Degree Courses in B.A. LL.B. and BBA L.L.B was to cater the needs of corporate law needs and also attract the young students to pursue a valuable career in law at a young age.

The students at KLE Law College will be trained with methodologies and latest teaching modules involved in law studies. The law curriculum at KLE Law College delivers the trending needs of the legal world along with the traditional law practices. The students are trained to become competitive lawyers and practice ethical law in the real legal world.

The KLE Law College is situated in the spawning green campus which is sustainable and energy efficient according to latest environment standards.

Admission Process

The students with 50% aggregate marks in their PUC or 10+2 classes in any stream from recognised board are eligible to apply for direct admission in integrated law courses at KLE Law college

The students who have qualified CLAT Exam or LSAT exam are preferred for getting admissions to law courses in KLE Law College. The students with good academic records are also considered for law management quota admissions in KLE Law College

The KLE Law College is equipped with Mook Courts that exactly mimics the course of the country. The law students can practice arguments before the real jury in these mock courts. Auditorium Hall

The vast auditorium is equipped with Overhead projectors (OHPs) and huge LED Walls for interactive sessions. The Auditorium Hall is fully furnished and acoustically built with modern AV technologies and also fitted with the best-in-class sound systems with excellent noise cancellation functionality. The vast and single-level auditorium hall is air-conditioned and has the seating capacity to accommodate 2000+ people at once.

Seminar Hall

The seminar halls are fully equipped with all the latest Audio-Visual amenities for better reception and interactive sessions. The college organises regular seminars by inviting judges and legal experts across the country. The seminar halls have excellent seating arrangement and are fully air conditioned.

Conference Hall

The conference hall is built on corporate standards to host various national and international law conferences. The college hosts national and international law conferences. The conference hall has corporate seating amenities and is fitted with the advanced teleconferencing facility. The conference hall is equipped with advanced telepresence technology.

Central Library

The full-fledged library has more than 1,50,000+ international titles of law, legal works, international and national judgements, international law journals etc. The students will also get free access to various international law journals. The students have 24/7 access to the library. The students also have free access to the digital library for gathering information about various laws and regulations across the world.

The library has subscribed to different national and international law journals and research magazines across the globe; the law students are given exclusive access to all these subscriptions for free. The law students can also avail Xerox facilities, Print/Scan facilities in both colour and black & white prints.

Amphi-theatre

The Amphi-theatre at the KLE Law College is best suited for all the cultural activities in the campus. The Amphi-theatre has a capacity of 1500+ seats.

Sports & Recreation

The KLE Law College campus is filled with a good number of sports and recreational facilities. The campus has both indoor and outdoor games. The outdoor sports amenities available in the campus are Football Ground, Cricket pitch, and Walking/Jogging tracks etc. The indoor sports amenities available at the campus are Table Tennis, Carom, Chess, Snooker, Billiards etc.

There are separate gym facilities for both boys and girls and both the Gyms are maintained by professional gym trainers. The gyms are equipped with the latest workout equipment like Treadmills, Cycling, Mini-Gym, Cardio, Weight lifting equipment etc. All the campuses also house professional trainers for Zumba, Aerobics, Yoga and many other activities. The campuses also have game rooms for recreation to students.

Hostel

There are separate hostel facilities for both boys and girls. The hostel rooms are fully-furnished with unlimited Wi-fi connectivity. The students can opt for single, double and triple sharing rooms. The air-conditioned rooms are equipped with cots, study tables and wardrobes for a conformable stay of the students. The hostel lobbies are fitted with television sets with dish connectivity.

The hostel rooms have attached bathrooms with 24/7 hot water supply. The laundry facilities are available for the students in all the hostels. The KLE Law College hostel food is cooked in 5-star rated hygienic kitchens of the hostels.

The KLE Law College dress code is imposed for all the students for maintaining discipline in the campus. The KLE Law College hostel rules are strict with anti-ragging rules in place, strict disciplinary actions are taken against the students breaking the rules.
