The students who qualify these entrance exams are required to undergo counselling sessions in order to get their admission in different law colleges. All the colleges have merit-seats and students who successfully qualify these entrance exams and counselling sessions are allotted merit seats. The fees for merit seats are fixed by the government.
2. Direct Admission
The students can also get admission to LLB courses by another mode called direct admission. Under this mode of admission the students are given direct admission to their desired colleges under management quota. The main advantage of this mode of admission is that the students are given special privileges, where they are not required to appear for any entrance exams and are even not required to undergo counselling sessions for getting admissions.
