The B.Voc Tourism and Hospitality Management is a 3-year undergraduate programme that is divided into 6 semesters. The course prepares the students to work in the catering and accommodation industries while tourism courses enable them to work in Good Managerial positions in tour agencies as well as an entrepreneur. The course also prepares the students to pursue academic study in business administration management and hospitality tourism fields.
Eligibility for B.Voc Tourism and Hospitality Management
The students who have finished their PUC or 10+2 in any stream from the recognised board are eligible to apply for B.Voc Tourism and Hospitality Management.
Admission Procedures
The eligible students can take admission to B.Voc Tourism and Hospitality Management course by two modes of admission. The first one is merit-based admission and second one is direct admission.

1. Merit Based Admission
There are some reputed colleges that conduct institution-based entrance exams for admission to B.Voc Tourism and Hospitality course, such mode of admission is called merit-based admission. All the colleges have merit-seats and these seats are allotted to the students based on the entrance exam. The main idea of the entrance exam is to select the serious students from non-serious students of the group. The qualified students are allotted seats under merit quota. The fees are also nominal for merit seats.
