Found in 1999, Kristu Jayanti College is an autonomous college, currently managed by the Bodhi Niketan Trust which is formed by the members of St. Joseph Province of the Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI). The college has been reaccredited with grade A by NAAC in the second cycle of accreditation and is affiliated to Bangalore University. The college is a UGC recognised institution.
