Guidelines on how to apply:

Enter all the details through online by browsing URL on website http://kea.kar.nic.in by selecting “UG NEET 2021 Online Registration".After completion of entry of all the details candidate’s will receive an application ID and Password to their registered mobile number, email address and also the same information will be displayed on the screen.

Upload the scanned copy of the recent passport size colour photograph,signature and left hand thumb impression in JPG/JPEG format separately.

The candidates have to pay the requisite fee in the prescribed method.

Take a print out of the application from on A-4 size paper and the same copy should be produced for document verification
List of documents required:
- Original Documents required for KPCF (COMED-K) / KRLMPCA / AMPCK Seats:
- The final print out of the Online Registration Form.
- Original Copy of the Challan for having paid the fees.
- ‘UG NEET 2021’ Admission Ticket and UG NEET-2021 Scorecard
- Any valid Identity Card (Driving License / Voter ID / Passport / PAN / Aadhar Card)
- SSLC / 10th Standard Marks Card
- 2nd PUC / 12th Standard Marks Card
- 2nd PU /12th standard Study Certificate issued by concerned college with seal signature of Principal
- TWO recent passport size photographs
