The Joint Entrance Examination, JEE Main 2022 Session 1 answer key has been released by the National Testing Agency, NTA on 6th July, 2022. The candidates, who had appeared for the JEE Main 2022 Session 1 B.E/B.Tech examination, now can check their final answer keys on the official website
The NTA has further stated that four questions will be dropped from the paper and the marks are not considered for those four questions. The NTA stated that the four questions were asked in different shifts of JEE Main 2022 and one of the questions in JEE Main 2022 Shift 1, conducted on June 24, 2022 has two right answers.
The NTA further clarified that as per the JEE Main 2022 marking scheme, in case a question has two correct answers and the candidate has chosen either one answer, full marks will be awarded in both cases.
The NTA further said that If more than one option is found to be correct, then Four Marks (+4) will be awarded to only those who have marked any of the correct options. If all options are found to be correct, then Four Marks (+4) will be awarded to all those who have attempted the question.
It also added that if none of the options is found correct or a question is wrong or a question is dropped then a percent equivalent will be calculated on remaining questions, whether attempted or not attempted.
