In order to reduce the stress levels for all the JEE Main, NEET Exam aspirants, the government has started a free helpline for all the aspirants. The government in association with PeakMind, a digital wellness platform for students has launched a helpline, where students can talk about their stress and other issues.
The helpline is completely free and will allow students to connect with an expert in a non-judgemental environment. The students will receive counselling from the expert counsellors to manage the stress for different exams.
Mr. Neeraj Kumar, CEO PeakMind further stated that even parents can get counselling through this helpline. The parents are also equally stressed as the students, especially during exam seasons and the service is made available to the parents also so that they can stay positive and also learn to help their child in a more productive manner.
The launch of the helpline is done under the program, called ‘COMPETE’ in association with the central government. The initiative aims to boost the performance of aspirants by helping them develop performance skills, mental strength and manage their stress and nervousness during one of the toughest journeys in their lives.
