The NTA has announced the CUET UG 2022 exam dates and the CUET UG 2022 exam will be conducted on 15 July 2022, 16 July 2022, 19 July 2022, 20 July 2022, 4 August 2022, 5 August 2022, 6 August 2022, 7 August 2022, 8 August 2022, and 10 August 2022.Â
The CUET UG Exam 2022 will be conducted in 554 cities across India and 13 cities outside India. The candidates can apply online for CUET UG Exam 2022 and make corrections to the application form between June 23rd 2022 and June 24th 2022.
The NTA officials stated that about 9,50,804 candidates have registered for admission into 86 universities, out of which there are 43 central universities, 13 state universities, 12 deemed universities, and 18 private universities.
The CUET UG exam 2022 will be conducted in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. Candidates can also choose up to six domain specific subjects and an optional general test. The NTA further added that the candidates can appear for CUET in any of the 13 mediums by taking a desired language test in CUET UG 2022 exam. Candidates can select any combination out of 33 languages and 27 unique subjects. The NTA added that the CUET UG Exam 2022 will be unique; as the students can choose over 54,000 combinations in subjects, which is the first of its kind in the world. The NTA further stated that candidates are allowed to appear in up to nine papers, resulting in over 54,000 subject combinations.Â
The NTA officials stated that the CUET-UG Exam 2022 will be the longest entrance exam to be conducted in Indian education history. A total of 44 central universities, 12 state universities, 11 deemed universities, and 19 private universities are participating in CUET UG 2022 Exam for taking admissions for the academic year 2022-23.
