The Forensic Science curriculum focuses on the application of scientific techniques in solving crime and legal issues. It covers the theory and practical aspects of modern DNA technology, toxicology, analytical techniques, and clinical diagnosis. Candidates are taught the techniques to collect evidence, label samples, store and preserve evidence, keep a record of evidence, analyze and detect abnormalities using scientific techniques, make conclusions and inferences, and prepare reports on findings.

The Chemistry curriculum emphasizes on the theory and practical aspects of the fundamentals of chemistry and includes theories and concepts of atomic structure, chemical bonding, thermodynamics, coordination chemistry, quantum mechanics, spectroscopy, and chemical analysis.
