4. Site Supervisor / Site Engineer

  • Supervises construction in the field

  • Liaison between architect, engineer and labour force
  • Quality control and reporting progress

5. Building Information Modeling (BIM) Technician

BIM is the future of construction and design. As a BIM technician, you will develop a smart 3D model inclusive of building elements, materials and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating detailed BIM models using Revit for Navisworks
  • Coordinating design data from multiple disciplines
  • Participating in clash detection and simulations

Salary Range: ₹3 – ₹6 LPA

6. Urban Design / Planning Assistant

Diploma graduates could also assist town planners and urban designers in creating conceptual layouts, documentation and feasibility studies.
