Oxford Dental College BDS Fees
The Oxford educational institutions saw humble beginnings with just 2 faculty members and twenty four students. Today, it houses more than eighteen thousand students and over two thousand faculty members. The Oxford Dental College offers mainly two courses, namely, B.D.S (Bachelors in Dental Surgery) and M.D.S. (Masters in Dental Surgery). Any student applying for the BDS Course is required to have passed 10+2 /PUC/PDC or its equivalent with PCB and English as the compulsory subjects, with a minimum aggregate marks of 50%. Lastly, the candidate must have completed 17 years of age as on December 31st of the year of admission. The Duration of the course is 4+1 years. The college also offers an NRI and Management Quota, for which students will have to get in touch with management directly.
The College has various departments such as Oral medicine and radiology, Oral and maxillofacial surgery, Conservative Dentistry and Ododontics, Periodontics, Prosthodontics, Orthodontics, Pedodontics and preventive dentistry among others. Apart from the curriculum, the college also conducts various continual dental education programs, post graduate conferences, workshops and symposia for updated knowledge on the ever expanding dental technology. To equip students to deal with their work environment and enable development of practical skills, the college is equipped with the most modern infrastructure. This includes CAD-CAM lab having CERCON unit, high-end KAVO chairs, state-of-the-art casting equipment, computerized periodontal probe and Periotron, specialized microscopes.
