Careers for Radiologists


Radiologists are the medical doctors that specialises in diagnosing and treating injuries and diseases using medical imaging (radiology) procedures (exams/tests) such as X-rays, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), nuclear medicine, positron emission tomography (PET) and ultrasound.

The radiologists use a variety of imaging procedures to see inside the body and assess or diagnose the patient’s condition. They are also responsible to interpret and report on the resulting images, recommend treatment and additional tests if required.

Eligibility

  • The students must have to complete their MBBS degree with 50% aggregate from recognised university
  • The students must qualify NEET PG Exam to join to MD Radiology/ Radio Diagnosis to become Radiologists
  • The students can even join to DM in Interventional Radiology/ Neuro-Radiology after Completing MD Radiology
  • The Student must qualify NEET SS Exam to join DM in Interventional Radiology/ Neuro-Radiology Medicine
