PGCET 2023 - Final Round Schedule and Instruction

Final round seat allotment will be conducted for admission to MBA, MCA and M.E. M/Tech courses. Seats which remained unfilled or seats which are surrendered will be considered for seat allotment.

1. Candidates who have got PGCET-2023 ranks but not allotted any seat will only be eligible to participate in this final round.
2. Candidates who have been allotted any seat either in first/second round will not be eligible to participate in this round.
3. Candidates who have cancelled their seat in earlier rounds will not be eligible to participate in this round.
4. Eligible candidates have to enter fresh options if they are interested. Options entered in the earlier rounds will not be considered for allotment.
5. Candidates who wish to surrender the KEA seat selected in First round or in the Second round, can cancel the seat through online on or before 11.00 am on 22-02-2024. Candidates cancelling the seat within 11.00 am on 22.02.2024 are eligible for refund of fee amount after deducting Rs.5, 000/-
6. Online portal will not be available for seat cancellation after 11.00 am on 22-02-2024; and any request for cancellation will not be entertained; and the candidates will not be eligible for refund of fees.
