Admission procedure

Getting admission to medical colleges, in general, requires the student to be able to withstand tremendous amounts of pressure, (physically and mentally) during the course of medicinal studies in college. For admission in medical colleges, the student must have a considerably high rank or score in his or her public exams along with the entrance exams conducted in the country, such as the NEET in India. Once he or she attains a high score in these, the student increases his or her chances at getting guaranteed admission into the college. In the RRMCH Bangalore, the admission procedures are very similar. The student, in order to pursue a degree in medicine, must have studied the combination of biology, physics, chemistry, and mathematics. The student must be interested in the study of different subjects of biology because in college as part of the degree course, the student will have to study anatomy, physiology, pathology, biochemistry as well as various other subjects. In order to pursue a medical degree, the student must have-

  1. Passed in PUC or any 10+2 equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (40% for the SC/ST/OBC category students)
  2. Completed 17 years of age on or before the month of December of that year
  3. A minimum of 50% marks in CET/ KRLM/ COMEDK
  4. Seek an eligibility certificate from the RGUHS, Delhi
