The MBBS degree allows the students to pursue a career in the doctor’s field. After the completion of the course, students will be certified as doctors to practice medicine, surgery in all the hospitals.
The MBBS course comprises of two professional degrees i.e. Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. The MBBS degree is practised or studied to become a doctor in allopathic medicines. After the completion of the MBBS degree, the students can join for MD or MS degrees. MBBS graduates can join hospitals or start individual practice in private clinics.
The Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) is a 5.5-years long graduate degree course. The students will study 4-years of MBBS degree and will also have to undergo a 1-year mandatory internship.
The students who have completed their PUC or 10+2 from the recognised central or any state board across India and abroad are eligible to apply for MBBS course. The students should have scored 50% aggregate(for General Category) and should have scored 45% aggregate (for OBC/SC/ST category). The students should mandatorily qualify the NEET exam in order to get eligible for MBBS courses in Akash Institute of Medical Science and Research Centre.

The MBBS doctors have ample placement opportunities across the nations. They are hired in government hospitals, private hospitals, nursing homes, super-speciality hospitals, multi-speciality hospitals, health care centres, NGOs, rehabilitation centres, medical colleges, diagnostic centres, research labs, medical research companies, etc. They can even start their own private clinics for practicing medicine in their neighbourhood and communities

The average MBBS student will be earning around 5 lakhs to 8 lakhs per annum. The salary increases according to the skills gained and experience.
