Diploma in health inspector is a paramedical diploma that can be pursued after SSLC or 10th and PUC or 10+2 classes. The duration of the diploma course in health inspector is 3-years for the students joining after their SSLC or 10th class. On the other hand, the duration of the diploma course is 2-years for the students joining after their PUC or 10+2 classes.

The course diploma in health inspector trains the students about the methods and practices involved in maintaining top notch hygiene conditions. The course gives a detailed knowledge to the students about developing competence in health and family welfare fulfilling the need for healthcare professionals with regards to government regulations. The course is designed in such a way that it lays emphasis on both theoretical and practical aspects of healthcare and sanitation.

Eligibility

  • The candidate should have passed 10+2 level (Karnataka PUC, ISC, CBSE, state boards) in Science stream with 40% (GM) and 35% (OBC/SC/ST) aggregate marks or equivalent from a board recognised by RGUHS with subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and English. 

  • The candidate should have passed 10th with 40% (GM) and 35% (OBC/SC/ST)  aggregate from recognised board

Duration

The duration of the course is 3 years for the students joining after their SSLC or 10th. While the duration of the course is 2 Years for the students joining after PUC or 10+2.
