  • MD

    ELIGIBILITY:
    General Category: Indian nationals, Foreign nationals holding OCI/PIO cards are eligible for admissions under General category. 
    Foreign/NRI Category: Foreign nationals with OCI/PIO cards or NRI or Indian nationals supported by either Parents or Brothers or Sisters or Spouse having an NRI status are eligible for admissions under Foreign/NRI category.
    Qualification: Pass in MBBS degree recognized by Medical Council of India.
    Internship: Candidates completing their compulsory rotating internship on or before 30.04.2017 are eligible.
    Note: Candidates completing internship after 30.04.2017 are not eligible for the admissions in this academic year.
    Registration:  Candidates should have obtained permanent registration with Medical Council of India/State Medical Councils & Karnataka Medical Council and should submit the same on or before the commencement of classes.

    ADMISSION PROCEDURE:

    Foreign/NRI: Admissions will be done on the basis of valid Score in the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) 2017.

    Note for Foreign degree holders: Candidates holding foreign degree must write to the Medical Council of India to obtain a temporary registration for the duration of the postgraduate training. Such candidates must be registered as medical practitioners in the country from which they have obtained their basic Medical qualification.  Their degrees must also be recognized by the corresponding Medical Council or by any other equivalent authority.

    Registration: Candidates should have obtained permanent registration with Dental Council of India or any of the State Dental Council and should submit the same on or before the commencement of classes.

    General Category: Admissions will be done on the basis of the valid rank obtained in the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET).
    Foreign/NRI: Admissions will be done on the basis of valid Score in the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET).
    Candidate with foreign qualifications will have to obtain the ‘Equivalence Certificate’ from Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi who will equate their qualifications as equivalent to the 10+2 of India.

    ADMISSION PROCEDURE:

    Foreign/NRI: Admissions will be done on the basis of valid Score in the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET).
    Candidate with foreign qualifications will have to obtain the ‘Equivalence Certificate’ from Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi who will equate their qualifications as equivalent to the 10+2 of India.  This certificate will have to be submitted at the time of admissions.

    Age: Completed 17 years but not crossed 25 years as on 31st December of the year of admission.

    Note: Foreign nationals are not required to appear in the entrance examination for BAMS Course. They may seek admission through respective Ministries of Govt. of India, New Delhi, as per the rules laid down for the purpose.

  • BHMS

    ELIGIBILITY:
    4 Year course including a compulsory rotatory internship of one year duration after passing the IV BHMS examination.
    A candidate must have passed the two year Pre University examination conducted by dept. of Pre University Education, Karnataka State or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto with English as one of the language and PCB as optional subjects with not less than 50% of marks in the aggregate of the relevant Science subjects i.e. PCB provided the candidate has passed PCB subjects individually or other equivalent examinations such as XII std (in the 10+2 system).

    ELIGIBILITY: pass in any degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline form a recognized University with a minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate in all the years of degree examination [45% of marks is in case of SC/ST candidates] including languages. Must have studied Mathematics/Business Mathematics/ Statistics/Computer Science/Computer Application/Computer Programming as one of the Optional/Electives Subjects. candidates who have passed one of the subjects specified above in the P.U. course with 50% of Marks in that subject shall also be considered for admission.
