What Are The Eligibility Criteria For MBA In Symbiosis?

MBA or Master of Business Administration is currently a top-rated course in India. Now, it is seen that most of the students are now said to be heading towards the MBA course after they have completed the graduation course.

When it comes to future aspects, it is seen that the MBA stream gives some of the best job opportunities. It is because the students who all completed the MBA course get hired by the top companies and that too in senior positions. They also get a huge salary cap after they have completed the course.

The total duration of this course is said to be two years. So if you want to get an MBA degree, then you need to complete the course in 2 years. In MBA, this course offers many specifications for the students. So you need to choose your specification in the right manner while going for MBA.

But currently, it is seen that the students are now getting crazy towards the MBA course. The demand for this course is so high that they now every student wants to have an MBA degree. The competition is getting too high nowadays, and for this, the eligibility criteria for getting the seats also said to be getting high.

All the MBA colleges are now said to be having set their eligibility criteria for the admission to the stream. For this, you need to go through the basic standards that are set by them.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. The student needs to have the pass certificate of the graduation from any recognised university.
  2. The student needs to pass the exam with at least 50 per cent of marks in the final graduation examinations.
  3. The student must have appeared for the CAT exam and need to qualify in that exam.

Procedure For Admission:

It is seen that most of the students want to take admission in the top B-Schools. But it is also noticed that the MBA colleges to want the best students in their colleges. For all these reasons, it is seen that the competition for getting the MBA seats are on a high.

To get the seats, all the MBA select their students from a single examination. The name of the exam is the Common Admission Test or CAT. The examination is like entrance exams for the student to get qualify for the admission.

In this exam, you need to secure not only the qualifying marks but also need to score high so that you will get the seat in the best college. The colleges call you for admission to their colleges based on your marks on CAT exam.

The syllabus for the CAT exam has got Language paper, Quantitative, Logical and Reasoning. Apart from this section, you will also get the general business awareness questions.

So if you ever want to get into any of the B-schools, then you need first to pass the graduation then need to qualify and secure good marks in CAT exam.
