  • How to Apply for NEET - UG?

    Candidates can apply for NEET - UG by logging on to www.ntaneet.nic.in.
    After the first year of course an internship is a must for full time students, and a dissertation or major project is a degree requirement after the completion of course work. A comprehensive exit - examination, either a common test for many institutions or in-house tests conducted by institutions, is an integral part of MBA/PGDM/PG program.

    The 4 important steps in online application are:
    • Note down the application number after filling the application form
    • Upload photo and signature in prescribed format and size
    • Remit fee in prescribed modes
    • On successful remittance of fee, generate/print the confirmation page


    The candidates are advised to give only his/her own or parent’s mobile number while filling the application form. The OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number only. And all other information and communication will be done by NTA through the registered mobile number and e-mail ID. Only one application can be filled in with one mobile number and e-mail ID. A candidate can submit only one application form. The candidates who submit more than one application will be disqualified.

    The application submission and correction of entries can be done only through the online option. Application form and fee can be submitted normally from November 1 to November 30, up to 23.50 hours (IST) on the 30th. The online correction of application can be done from January 14 to January 31. The candidates are required to upload their photograph and signature along with the online application form. The scanned image of photograph and signature should be in JPG/JPEG format and between 10kb and 200kb for photograph and 4kb and 30 kb for signature.

    Candidates from Jammu & Kashmir are not eligible for 15% All India Quota seats, because they have special state quota seats. The J & K candidates should present the printed copy of self declaration at the time of counselling to claim the All India Quota Seats.
